ReNEW was conceived by a group of senior leaders and performance improvement professionals who are focused on performance improvement in various sectors in the Capital Region and wanted new and better ways to network with leaders and professionals with like interests.

The core concept is that there is a synergistic value in having leaders across all economic sectors network and learn from each other.

 A purpose, mission, vision and values have been adopted that address networking, community service, and expanding the use of strategies that have been proven to improve organizational productivity and effectiveness.

In addition to the core constituency of leaders from all economic sectors, the ReNEW network includes representatives of professional societies such as the American Society for Quality and  industry groups such as the Healthcare Association of New York State.

 

To accomplish its mission and achieve its vision, ReNEW will focus on programs and services that

Ø    provide leaders and professionals an opportunity to network, share and learn

Ø    enable leaders to prioritize their improvement efforts and identify effective approaches
